1.  What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, money orders and personal checks (10 days to
clear).  If you pay by money order or check,  you will find the address to send your
payment when you place your order.  Please include a copy of your order (which will
have been sent to you by email) with payment. It is difficult for us to match your order
solely by the name on the money order.  USE OF STOLEN OR FRADULENT CREDIT CARDS  
ON THIS SITE WILL BE REPOTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND WE WILL COOPERATE TO
ENSURE THAT VIOLATORS ARE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.  
UNLESS YOU ARE A REPEAT CUSTOMER, ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO BILLING
ADDRESSES WHICH MATCH AVS ADDRESS RECORDS.

5.  What machines to the Import DVD Sets play on?  Who makes them?
Unless otherwise stated, all import DVD sets are Region 0 - they play on all DVD players in
the world!  They also play on most PS2 and XBOX machines as long as the software is up
to date and the machines are NOT modified from the original manufacturer's specifications.

All import sets are either FX or MI or MAC sets, NOT VCDs or homemade CDs like others
sell.   Pictures are exactly what you're ordering, but occasionally you may be sent the other
company's set (same content) depending on inventory.

6.  Why did you charge me more on another website?  Can I get a
refund for the difference?
Other websites charge us between 15% and 20% commission on every sale, Yahoo
Payments and others also take a 2-3% cut.   We are now able to sell direct at much lower
prices.

Because we have already incurred charges from the other website, we are not able to
refund you the difference - good news, all FUTURE purchases will be at the lowest prices
on the internet!  

8.  Why when I try to order something but it doesn't appear in my cart?
The item is temporarily out of stock - everything is usually restocked within 7 business days.

10. Are payments secure on this website?
Absolutely.  We use industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information
securely from your computer to our credit card processor.  This is a Yahoo built site;  Yahoo
owns the industry leading encryption companies whose technology is used throughout the
payment process.   To protect all users, we utilize CVV (Card Verification Value) which
matches the credit card number with a 3 digit security code that appears on the back of the
credit card.   We also use the AVS (Address Verification System) which matches the billing
address input by the customer to the credit card cardholder’s address information on file
with the issuing bank.

11. Note on Hentai (Adult) Purchases (NO PAYPAL ALLOWED):
If you purhcase ANY Hentai DVDs (Adult) on this website you CAN NOT use Paypal to
purchase these items, you must use Credit Cards direct, Yahoo Payments or a
check/money order.  Paypal does not allow any adult related items to be purchased using
the Paypal method.  Any orders indicating Paypal and with Hentai DVDs on the order will be
cancelled - no exceptions.    

12. Note on Gatefold vs Keep Cases and Covers:
We guarantee the content listed and dub/sub options will be exactly as stated on the
website, HOWEVER, the box covers and box types (gatefold vs keep case) may vary.  Many
companies are moving away from gatefold packaging to keep cases, but not all.  We strive
to ensure the best prices.

2.  What about about shipping methods and rates?
USA shipping is a flat fee of $5 no matter how many titles you order.
USA Guaranteed 2 Day shipping (NO SATURDAY DELIVERY)is a flat free of $18 no matter
how many titles you order. Canada Rates begin at $4.50 and go up based on weight.

All orders ship within 24 hours via First Class, Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (A&E Box sets
ship same day via USPS Media Mail).  You will receive a shipping confirmation once your
order has shipped.  NOTE:  2nd Day Air may be performed by FedEx Ground or US Postal
Service depending on weight, size, day of week and/or destination.

3.  What Is Your Exchange/Refund/Return Policy?
We replace all defective discs. You must notify us within 1 month from the time you receive
your order.  Please try the disc on a different player, PC ROM or PS2/XBOX if possible (this will
usually fix 95% of any disc problems).  Sometimes discs won't play if PS2 machines have been
modified.  Progressive Scan DVD players work best with all import sets.  Sometimes it takes 2
weeks to replace defective discs if the title is out of stock.  

If you decide you just don't want a set you received, there's a 10% restock fee for
unopened
product and you are responsible for return shipping, if you want to trade it for a different title,
there's no restock fee but you are responsible for return shipping (we will pay for the reship!).  

9.  I live in Canada, how do I enter Postal Code and Province?
Postal Code should be entered in ZIP CODE field and Province should be entered in
STATE field.  Be sure to use the drop down box to select CANADA.
